Director of Marketing & Media
Lisa Murphy is a seasoned executive with a broad range of leadership experience across multiple disciplines including strategic business planning & execution, capital planning, internal control, business analytics, internal and external financial planning, internal & external auditing, marketing development & execution, social media management, workforce development, community leadership and public speaking.
Lisa serves as the Director of Marketing & Media for VentorLux where she creates and executes the media strategy for the company.
As a small business co-owner of Southern Climate Solutions, LLC, Lisa is responsible for Accounting, Marketing and Public Relations.
Prior to her role at VentorLux, Lisa served as President & Publisher at Gannett’s Pensacola News Journal in Pensacola, Florida, where she built a successful cultural and financial strategy, pivoting the organization into a profitable entity attracting top talent.
From 2004-2015, Lisa served in various roles for Calkins Media in Northwest Pennsylvania. Initially Lisa joined the organization as Financial Controller, then moved to a role as Division Controller overseeing the finances of multiple entities. In 2010, Lisa was promoted to Publisher at the Beaver County Times, where she proudly served as Calkins Media’s first female publisher in their 100-year history. In 2011, she was promoted to Vice President of Publishing for the Northwestern PA Newspaper Group where she successfully created and executed strategies to meet profit goals during every year of her tenure.
Prior to Calkins Media, Lisa was the General Accounting Manager for Thomson Newspapers, where she rolled out consolidation efforts for the organization, including business system conversions for six daily newspapers and a group of weekly publications in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. An 18-month venture, the successful consolidation saved $4.2 million, annually.
Director of Sales
David has over 30 years of successful healthcare leadership experience, having worked at large healthcare organizations and successful entrepreneurial startups.
David serves as Director of Sales for Ventorlux, with focus on organization and growth.
After a 3-year engagement as VP of Enterprise Sales with Pacemate, LLC, David remains as a consultant to the company that is in the business of remotely monitoring cardiac implantable electronic device patients. During his Pacemate tenure David closed multi-million-dollar national deals with Lifepoint Health, Ardent Health and Quorum Health.
Prior to Pacemate, David was CEO and Co-Founder of Lakeshore Healthcare Strategies with the mission of fostering healthcare startup ventures. Previously, David joined a startup company, athenahealth as one of the earliest employees where he worked for 14-years focused on the growth of company that went public on NASDAQ in 2007 as the most successful tech IPO of the year. During his time at athenahealth he directed collaborative health system sales achieving over $110 million in annual recurring revenue.
David was the Co-Founder and CEO of Harwood Associates, Inc, in the space of physician ambulatory RCM and EHR system sales, supporting over 300 medical practices and served as Vice President of the Network Group at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of GA where he managed the first PPO in Georgia and managed one of the most successful electronic claims clearinghouse in the state.
David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts with a minor in Business from Columbus State University.
VentorLux Chief Operating Officer
Bill Braski is a results driven technology services and solutions professional with a proven 32-year track record of success by promoting thought leadership and consultative selling in both new and existing customer accounts. Bill employs a collaborative leadership style with the ability to manage change, gain consensus, and utilize interpersonal relationship skills while working with all levels of employees internally and externally in multi-layered global organizations.
Bill serves as Chief Operating Officer for VentorLux where he ensures that the strategies developed by the top VentorLux Management Team get executed. Bill provides leadership, management, and vision to help grow the company.
Bill has over 32 years industry experience in many different fields in computing/technology as an IT professional in various roles such as a Management, Services Principal, Project Manager, Consultant, Field Sales Engineer, and Solutions Architect. He has extensive experience in IT management, services and solutions sales, software programming, operating systems administration, network design/tuning, SAP Consulting, and various output management technologies and implementations.
Before VentorLux, Bill spent 21 years at HP, Inc. both as an individual contributor and in management selling HP PC/Printer hardware, services and solutions to some of the largest companies globally. While at HP Bill received many accolades such as “HP Winner’s Summit/President’s Club” 5 times, “Top Performer” 4 times, “HP High Achiever’s Club” 2 times and “Top Field Sales Engineer” 3 times.
Prior to HP, Bill spent 2 years at Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as a Consultant supporting IT projects in CSC’s Chemical, Oil and Gas Group.
Prior to CSC, Bill spent 9 years at DuPont Corporation as an IT professional in many areas of computing and IT support.
Bill graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science where he was inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Bill loves spending time with his wife and 2 children watching his beloved Georgia Bulldogs, participating in martial arts, and playing golf.
Executive Vice President, Vice President of Sales
Larry is a results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in multi-million-dollar Supply Chain networks for large Level One Trauma Medical Centers and multi-hospital systems.
In his role as Executive Vice President, VP of Sales for VentorLux, Larry leads the sales strategy and is responsible for business development, sales and executive leadership of all phases of the Company.
Prior to his role at VentorLux, Larry spent 30 years as an Executive and Senior Consultant where he utilized his keen analytical insight and team approach to drive organizational improvement and implementation of supply chain “Best Practices”.
During the 30 years as an Executive & Senior Consultant, Larry has filled the role of AVP of Corporate Purchasing Division, Supply Chain Officer, Senior Consultant where he shared his expertise in spend analytics & strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier management, eProcurement, value analysis, business process improvement, project management, financial analysis and planning, system selection and implementation, supplies (including PPI), capital purchases and service cost reductions. In addition, Larry had executive oversight for resolving accounts payable issues, managing facility staff, distribution and vendor management as well as marketing & business development. Larry recruited staff, realigned processes, created policies and procedures and managed system upgrades. He worked directly with many sourcing divisions to obtain $251M supply and purchase services savings across many enterprises.
Larry has provided his consulting expertise to HCA (185), Baptist Health Montgomery (5), Ascension (28), LifePoint (22), Presbyterian Health System Albuquerque, New Mexico (8), Catholic Health-Partners (21) and Regional One Health.
Before his role as Executive Senior Consultant, Larry served Supply Chain Executive of Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he was accustomed to handling large conversions, and complex project resolution. He has extensive experience in all phases of Supply Chain Management – purchasing, sourcing, contracting, GPO conversions, inventory reduction and supply chain IT.
In addition to his various Senior Level roles, Larry is Founder & Pioneer of the company 3LI Consultant Group which was named 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Nashville Tennessee, the healthcare mecca that houses 50 of the largest For-Profit Healthcare companies in the nation. During this venture, Larry developed expert marketing and business development skills.
